There is no single Hultora process, and pretending otherwise would set the wrong expectation. A line either matches something in the marketplace, in which case you have a price before you have finished reading this sentence, or it does not, in which case real people at real factories have to reply to an email, and that takes days.

The marketplace is a price list we build before you ask. We collect supplier prices for the things procurement teams buy repeatedly and keep them ready, so a matching line needs no outreach at all. This is the fast lane, and it is the one we are expanding.

We match it against prices we already holdNo supplier is contacted, because there is nothing to ask. The number is already there.

One to seven days

Everything else has to be gone and got. This is the part that used to be your job: finding suppliers, writing to them, and chasing until they answer. It is slower because suppliers are slow, not because the software is.

We write, in their languageThe first email goes out from your inbox, not ours. Suppliers see you, not a platform.
