What we read
in your mailbox.

You are about to let software email on your behalf. Here is exactly what that means.

Read the privacy policy

  • Send and read access. Hultora sends your requests from your address. It reads replies from suppliers and notices that an email was not delivered. If you press Learn my style in the app, it also reads up to 25 emails you sent. It does not use your mailbox for anything else.
  • Stored in the EU. Your account, sourcing data and tokens sit with our database provider in the European Union, encrypted at rest.
  • Never used to train. Your email content and supplier data are not used to train models, sold, or used for advertising.
  • You can disconnect at any time. Disconnect from Email Settings and the tokens are deleted. Deleting your account removes everything within 30 days.
